GEVO's at Pilgrim Hill - A westbound BARWAT manifest passes Pilgrim Hill in the Cajon Pass on a late fall afternoon in November. The BARWAT is the manifest drag that runs from the yard in Barstow California down to the Los Angeles Harbor and terminates in the Watson Yard. The reverse movement is referred to as the WATBAR. The vegetation in the foreground is Yellow Rabbit Bush that has died back and turned brown due to the cold weather (see thumbnail below).
