CNJ No 113, after slumbering in pieces for over 50 years, has been reborn in one of the most unusual, most unexpected steam restorations I can ever recall. Years of low funded knuckle busting work, all done outside, has produced views such as you see here. Once a common sight across the USA and particularly in north east Pennsylvania where track was a spaghetti of railroads, you are looking at the wonder that is steam. In the past, the steam locomotive was often called man's most human creation. Who could deny that?
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
