Remarks & Notes
The CR 4426 South, with its Penn Central nose-herald still intact, has traffic stopped on E. Bel Air Avenue as it rolls a manifest toward Baltimore at approximately 50 mph. The 4426 was built by General Electric for the Pennsylvania Railroad in November, 1961.
