UP 1982 leads CSX Q617 southbound at Franklin, AL. It had led Q612 into Atlanta the evening before, (and I was unable to catch it) and I was not expecting it to lead back west. After waking up this morning, I saw that it had been turned in Atlanta and put in the lead of Q617 to New Orleans. To catch up with it, I had to drive to Franklin, AL, 145 miles from my house in Rockmart, GA. This is the 5th UP heritage unit that I've caught, the last one I need is 1983.
