| Fuxin Mining Administration SY #1378 storms out of the siding on the Spoil Tip hill one the way down to pick up another load of spoil for dumping. The hills that surround the city of Fuxin China are entirely man-made, the result of one hundred years of coal mining and the associated spoil dumps. |
