The 20 mile long HP,T,&D runs between the NS in High Point and the junction with parent shortline Winston-Salem Southbound at High Rock. Both the HPTD and WSS are jointly owned by CSX and NS and use borrowed power from the parent roads. Here a pair of Geeps are throttling up to take on another hill of this undulating line as they roll south after switching High Point.
