Delaware-Lackawanna operated an OCS train with Norfolk Southern guests on March 29, 2016. Consist included D-L 3642 and 2045, NS HEP box car, three ELDCPS passenger cars and a D-L caboose. Originating at Steamtown, the OCS made a round trip down to the NS Taylor Yard before running east to Portland, PA. Here, the train is on the NS Portland Secondary as it slowly trundles through the back yards of Slateford, PA, en route to the wye to turn for the return trip.
