May 10 marks the 12th anniversary of CN's 2004 purchase of Great Lakes Transportation (DM&IR, B&LE, Great Lakes Fleet). A bit less than a year after the purchase crews lift a new CN sign into place at the former DM&IR ore dock in Duluth.
