| BLE 906 heads to Two Harbors, MN with 142 cars of taconite pellets behind them as they cross the former Duluth Missabe and Northern Railroad (DM&N) then the Duluth Missabe and Iron Range Railroad (DM&IR) and now CN railroad bridge as seen under the old Duluth and Iron Range (D&IR) railroad bridge that carried the Z Branch and was abandoned in 1972.. Note that Safety First sign still looking good after all these years and it's been may many years since it's installation. |
