| WPY's complete fleet of GE 90 Class underwent a multi-million dollar upgrade between 2009 and 2013 and are now classed as CERES 140’s, which stands for Controlled Emissions Repower Systems. Power and adhesion were increased while emissions were reduced; they meet current and projected future EPA standards. |
