Contract construction crews are finishing the final concrete base pour on the main span over the Pecos River as the hot ZLACNYC9-13L with 3.9 horsepower per ton races eastbound with 5,600 tons and 8,400 feet of UPS, FedEx, JB Hunt and YRC trailers and containers for the East Coast. Taken with permission.
