Six generations of locomotives of the Gotthard line, from right to left: freight train locomotive "Crocodile" Ce 6/8 II # 14253 from 1919, express train locomotive Be 4/6 # 12320 from 1921, Ae 4/7 # 10976 with Buchli single axle drive from 1931, Ae 6/6 # 11421 "Graubünden/Grischun" from 1958, Re 620 # 033 (Re 6/6 11633) "Muri AG" from 1977 and Re 482 # 026 from 2003 (SBB Cargo International, built by Bombardier). This beautiful lineup in front of the shed in Erstfeld took place on the occasion of the Gotthard Base Tunnel opening event. The 4 locomotives on the right are with SBB Historic, all operational. The Re 620 and the Re 482 on the left are in regular service for the SBB.
