WJ Riegel Rail Solutions performs track maintenance on the Albany Port Railroad in front of the large Ardent Mills facility. The specialized ballast hopper is built by Hudson ROI Equipment Inc with a designation of Hudson Ballaster. This car can be moved from site to site by flatbed truck.
