Iowa Interstate No. 516 leads train BICB (Blue Island, Illinois, to Council Bluffs, Iowa) into the siding at Anita, Iowa, to meet its counterpart CBBI on April 12, 2016. GE ES44AC No. 516 is painted in a special Rock Island-inspired paint scheme celebrating IAIS’s 30th Anniversary.
