Remarks & Notes

As surprising as it seems, former BN GEs continue in service on venerable iron ore hauler LS&I in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Here 3073 (C30-7) and 3009 (U30C) ease 60 iron ore loads out of the Tilden mine as a truck used to haul limestone heads back to Marquette for another load. Cessna 172 Skyhawk.
