Belt Railway of Chicago acted as Southern Pacific's classification yard and agent for Chicago. The yard became a flood of Southern Pacific equipment. This consist has a Conrail leader. CR564 is a rebuilt C30-7, after rebuild it got a simplified paint scheme.
