The Carnival Comes to Town
The late afternoon sun perfectly illuminates downtown Port Jervis as the annual James E. Strates Carnival Train comes through town. Normally running through town much earlier this late afternoon run was the result of the bell on the third unit being stolen. That unit was slated to be the sole power for the run on this day however the stolen bell required the crew to grab power which had been in Suffern from the previous nights H70. |
