A quartet of Missabe power fights off a cold fall rain near the docks on Duluth's west side at the bottom of Proctor Hill. Phase 4 SD9 DMIR 167 is mated up with SD38AC 207, another Phase 4 SD9 and an SD18. Three of the four units feature the Arrowhead color scheme introduced in 1970. The original scheme on 167 had the vertical yellow stripe added in 1967.
