"Phase III Meets the Babbling Brook" Amtrak train 245 with Phase III P32AC-DM 704 departs west out of New York Penn Station crossing from Track 9 to 8 Shortly after train 64 with the Babbling Brook Private Varnish on the rear, cleared the ladder.
