An Eclectic Powerset on a Daylight Road Freight
As a result of welded rail being installed on the Northern Division of the Susquehanna, the Tuesday night edition of the SU-100 had been delayed and did not depart for New Jersey until early Wednesday morning. This resulted in the road freight running in daylight from Narrowsburg, NY until it reached its southern terminus at Ridgefield Park. The train itself featured an eclectic mix of power in the form of an SD33-ECO/SD40T-2/SD60/SD60. |
