Remarks & Notes

A brand new AC44C6M rebuilt at GE Transportation from a C40-9 sits on the EEC-NS interchange track awaiting pickup. These units are rebuilt with the rear two thirds remaining relatively unchanged, but with a new ES44 style cab and new electronics. The unit was spotted on the track at the end of the day and was picked up by an overnight train.
