SD60 demonstrator EMD-4 leads a train under the former Western Maryland Thomas Subdivision on the Baltimore & Ohio’s St. Lous main at a location known as 21st Bridge in Maryland. The location gets its name from the B&O bridge over the Potomac River just behind the photographer, which was at milepost 21 from Cumberland.
