| It's a clear day in the San Fernando Valley as the whine of three Electro-Motive Diesel's briefly break the distance sound of traffic on Highway 118. Lugging today's 50-car LOF65 upgrade toward Tunnel 27, three SD70M's almost blend into the dry brush and rock covered hillsides that have turned brown due to the high temperatures this summer. |
