On a beautiful summer morning, Southern 4501 leads NS 958 past the CPLs at CP Washington in the small town of Glade Spring, VA. Man how things have changed. Southern 4501 is now stuck running at TVRM because of Norfolk Southern's viewpoint on mainline steam has changed, and Southern 3170 also resides at TVRM now after being donated by NS to the museum. The CPLs at CP Washington are gone too, and the siding was extended roughly another half mile as part of the Crescent Corridor upgrades to the line.
