| A quartet of leased Norfolk Southern EMD SD60s shove on the first loaded coal train to be operated by Watco's new Kanawha River Railroad in West Virginia. The short line operator has worked an agreement to lease a fleet of more than a half a dozen ex-NS SD60s. |
