| Federal regulators and CSX crews positioned this fleet of damaged tank cars in an enclosed area near the railroad's former Handley yard after a 2015 crude oil derailment leveled a home and put the area on lockdown for several days in nearby Mount Carbon, W.Va. These cars were inspected extensively after being placed in this protected area. They have been here at this site early 2015. |
