Richmond, VA manifest Q303 rolls through the interlocking at NC Cabin with an eclectic mix of CSX power in tow, approaching their destination of Russell, KY on a dreary January afternoon. The signals at NC, once the junction with the Lexington Subdivision and the Ashland Passenger Main were the last on the mainline between Columbus and Clifton Forge to stand amidst a wave of signal replacements, but were finally replaced in early 2016.
