| The skillful engineer of K627 has the train under control as it drops through the control point at Flanagan, KY on the hill between Winchester and the Kentucky River at Ford. The Richmond Hill pusher came up the hill to get behind the train in Winchester to allow K627 to "get a run" at Richmond Hill located on the other of the Kentucky River at Ford. |
