"Tunnel Motor" Grilles ... Because of All the Tunnels?

LI 163 one of 23 MP15AC diesels owned by the Long Island Rail Road. On January 25, 2017, this switcher was found trundling through the complicated trackwork in Jamaica Station (located in the heart of Jamaica, a middle-class neighborhood in the New York City borough of Queens). Sadly, the Long Island's fleet of 19 remaining MP15ACs appear to be in dire need of repainting.
