MILW 24 leads a nicely set up quartet of SD40-2s on a westbound freight as it slows for a meet at Beverly, WA. Catenery poles still stand along the right of way on Milwaukee's mainline, where boxcabs dominated until 1972. The Montana electrification lasted until 1974.
