On an otherwise gloomy day with heavy overcast and rain, a break in the cloud shortly before sunset provided enough light to silhouette a transfer freight crossing the Raritan River at Perth Amboy. NS 1700 in original Erie Lackawanna livery leads an EMD SD40-2, NS 3365.
