Vermont Rail System has returned 6-day-a-week service to the Green Mountain Railroad this week and on the second day, is seen with 'foreign power' in the form of Central Maine & Quebec GP38-3 #3816, trailing VTR GP40-2W 311 and GMTX SD60 9000. The CMQ 3816 is on its way from American Motive Power Inc. in Dansville, NY to delivery on the CMQ at Newport, Vermont.
