| Charging up the Blue Ridge Grade, NW 611 is working hard with the fully loaded "Powhatan Arrow" bound for Lynchburg and return to Roanoke. The CPL signals in this image are original NW signals and this image is exactly how it would have appeared in 1950. These signals are falling all over the Blue Ridge district in favor of more modern signals. |
