| Apparently - according to Okemo Mountain Resort - this is the only place in North America that one can ski over a moving train on trails built on bridges over trackage! The Vermont Rail System's Green Mountain Railroad runs through the Okemo Ski Resort's Jackson Gore trails. On March 30, GMRC train #263 with VTR SD70M-2 431 and GP40-2W 310 head under the trails with a lone skier approaching the overpass where 431 is about to duck under. |
