A rare good news story involving a depot..... A Soo Line Rail Detector truck sits in front of the Sturtevant, WI depot in July of 1986. Originally a MILW depot, it is still being used as an Amtrak stop. A new Amtrak depot would be built just north of this one and the old depot would be moved to a new location several miles from this location. Fortunately the depot is being restored and is looking great!
