| An extra crew was called on this Sunday morning to handle a short train of equipment from storage on the M&E in Whippany to the URHS facility in Boonton, NJ. M&E 18 was in the lead heading west back to Morristown with Rahway Valley GE 70-Tonners 16 & 17 in tow along with a crane/flat car set. Unfortunately RV 16 developed a hot journal early on in the trip and was set out at Jefferson Road. This move allowed for a brief uncoupled view of M&E 18 along with RV 16 and 17. |
