It was anything but routine at the Denver BNSF engine servicing facility yesterday as Canadian Pacific Railway's 9373 slipped off the rails while being repositioned in the yard. The 430,000 pound engine had both the font a rear trucks slip off.

A classification yard is a railway yard found at some freight train stations, used to separate railway cars on to one of several tracks. From there the cars are sent through a series of switches called a ladder onto the classification tracks.
