The sun begins to make an appearance after hours of darkness, just in time for Eastern Washington Gateway's "Scoot" to trot West at 10-per with three venerable EMD's and 30 empty hoppers destined for Coulee City and reload of the golden granules that are the livelyhood for most of the Eastern and Central Washington communities.
