Red, White, and SOO: On a beautiful Fourth of July morning, SOO 4410 and sister SOO 4411 highball Winona already short on time. Getting two SOO units on a train is becoming super rare. It looks like several people are enjoying their freedoms on the Mississippi today too! Taken while off duty, wearing full PPE.
