Phase III striping blurs through Burd's Crossing in Derry, PA. Amtrak 145 leads the Pennsylvanian as the train heads for Pittsburgh. Using a neutral density filter, I used a long shutter speed to blur the locomotive as it passes the railroad crossing signal.
