CSX Q125-16 (Chicago,IL-Savannah,GA) is at the bottom of the famous "7 mile" hill just south of the rural community of Bell Buckle, TN (MP J-52.0) on it's way south for Chattanooga on the CSX Chattanooga Sub in the driving rain, and fog. With traffic not being so busy on this section of railroad, the dispatcher has the train lined to proceed all the way to Cowan, TN at the push district some 30+ rail-miles away from this location. From there the hot "Tote" will get a push over the Cumberland Plateau and will continue south. Eventually this "Tote" train will arrive a day later at the CSX Savannah Intermodal Terminal for road, and exporting. Photo from the C. Bamberg Collection
