BNSF 4627 with an eastbound oil train met the westbound Boeing J-train at Skykomish, WA, then had engine troubles at Scenic. The crew managed to get the train over Stevens Pass, and it has just overtaken the EVESPO here at Winton. The EVESPO has been re-crewed about 330 PM but will not be able to head east until about 5 PM due to this train and a westbound stack train. The oil train will die at Leavenworth, meeting the stack train.
