Remarks & Notes

A westbound manifest climbs the 2% grade in Coal Creek Canyon. The train is about to cross Blue Mountain Road on the approach to Tunnel One. The large aggregate plant on the far upper right is on the Rocky Spur.... A fellow railfan can be seen photographing the train from the shoulder of Blue Mountain Road.
