Foliage begins to pop in the hills of upstate New York as this year's AAPRCO Covention Train, named The Green Mountain Flyer, hustles eastbound, for Albany, Springfield, and eventually, Rutland. The Green Mountain Flyer was a special train of privately owned railroad cars that are part of the American Association of Private Railroad Car Owners (AAPRCO). The train was in conjunction with the annual convention in 2017.
