Bad Orders
A loaded slab train waits tied down at ROSE yard in Altoona, with the same pair of locomotives its been running with for over a month. On the left, the yard job is shoving a cut of bad orders back to the car repair facility. On the right behind the trees are the components for new signal bridges waiting to be installed as PTC installation marches west of Altoona. |
