The American Association of Private Rail Car Owners (AAPRCO) convention train, running as Amtrak symbol 813-22 and named "The Green Mountain Flyer", rolls along Webb Pond at Bellows Falls, Vermont, on Vermont Rail System's Green Mountain Railroad Bellows Falls subdivision. Amtrak P40 #822 leads P42 #111 and the 18 colorful private cars westbound for the run over the GMRC to Bellows Falls.
