Remarks & Notes
"Waiting for the Interchange at Linden Shops" New York City Transit's Linden Yard switcher sits on standby after pushing out empty stick rail gons for interchange with New York & Atlantic Railway. Linden Yard is one of only two connections the New York City Subway has to the national rail network and is used to interchange supplies such as stick rail and ties.

The worst of railroad design. Please, send me your entries / suggestions for the "Album of the ugly trains of the world" (past or present, paint scheme or shape).
