Remarks & Notes
The 955 is southbound by the old PRR Odenton station. The station was built in 1943 by the Pennsy for servicemen to access Fort George G. Meade, and for the convenience of Odenton area commuters. It was designed by Lester C. Tichy, chief architect for the renowned industrial designer Raymond Loewy. Tichy’s inspiration for the modern station was the “prairie style” architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, according to the Odenton Heritage Society.

Some are loved, others are hated. In the end, they are failures.
