Remarks & Notes
Tacoma Rail GP40M 4002 brings a short yard job from the South Yard to Slug 2 over the newly installed crossing to continue switching at Tacoma Rail's Tidefalts yard. I went out that day with a friend whose dad was the conductor on this job, so we got to talk about their next moves for a while and listen to the radio chatter between the crew and the TR Ops Center in the main building, known more simply as 'The Tower'.

...Which happens to smell a lot like a paper mill and 645E exhaust. This album contains all of my photos from the Tacoma, Washington area.
