KC Junction maybe have C&O meeting L&N but its protected by B&O CPL's and there time is fading. A loaded Autorack train makes it way south on the former L&N main framed with the CPL's protecting the former C&O main, the base for the new signals is there but the signal isn't. The case is unfortunate for the other CPL's protecting KC as there replacements are ready for service.
